Real Estate Law

Our real estate practice is comprised of real estate transactions involving the acquisition, leasing, financing and disposition of real property (including commercial, office, shopping center, retail, industrial and single and multi-family residential properties). We represent owners, developers, purchasers and tenants in New York and in multiple states.

We have extensive experience in commercial lease transactions, including negotiating and preparing sophisticated ground leases, shopping center leases, retail, office, industrial and all other commercial leases.

Corporate Law

Our corporate practice consists of the representation of a variety of corporate entities including corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies. We represent such business organizations in the creation of their legal structure, which work includes drafting agreements among equity owners, shareholders, partners, members and various transactions amongst the parties.

We have vast experience in stock and/or asset based acquisitions and dispositions, and represent both buyers and sellers of various types of small and medium businesses, which representation also includes any financing in connection with such transactions. Our services also include the purchase and sale of businesses medical and other professional organizations, and the preparation of limited partnership agreements, operating agreements for limited liability companies, and employment, compensation, consulting, non-competition agreements and non-disclosure agreements.
